Custom and Self-Build in action: Leaper’s proposals for Child Okeford, North Dorset
Child Okeford is a picturesque village in the heart of the North Dorset countryside. Leaper has submitted a planning application for a site at the northernmost tip of the settlement for 65 new Custom and Self-Build homes.
Leaper are working with the landowner, multi-award winning architect Pollard Thomas Edwards, and planning consultancy Rural Solutions on the proposals. They will include new public open space with integrated play, ecological enhancements and new native trees and hedges, along with improvements to footpaths and drainage.
